1. Where we ship from?
Our warehouse address is 939 B 7Th Street, Novato, California, and your Cat Name Plate products will be shipped from there after you place your order.
In order to provide the best shopping experience and service to our customers, we have a local distribution center and supply chain in the US to ensure fast delivery and efficient after-sales support. Therefore, we only support US orders. Thank you for your support and understanding!
Catsbrands.com’s hours of service are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-6:00PM (PST).
Orders placed after 6:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 8:00 am the following Monday.
Orders are not processed on weekends.
2. Delivery time
Our delivery time is 3-12 business days. The details will be as follows:
Orders placed before the cut-off time of 6:00 pm.
Order processing time is 1-3 business days.
Shipping time is 2-9 business days.

3. Shipping methods and charges
For all US orders, we will ship via Standard Shipping.
Free shipping on orders over $50 per order.
Orders under $50 will be charged a $3 shipping fee.
4. Who is responsible for the tax?
The sales tax is the responsibility of the customer and is not borne by the merchant, thank you for your understanding.
5. About the packaging
Our Cat Name Plate will be packaged in a waterproof cardboard box with a shipping list. all of our packaging is waterproof and strong to safeguard the integrity of the Cat Name Plate product.
6. Sign for receipt
After receiving the Cat Name Plate, if the damage is found (such as broken, worn, faded, rusted, etc.), please email us via [email protected], and we will arrange a exchange or return for you.
