1. Our return processing time

Our return processing orders are 1-3 business days.

Catsbrands.com’s hours of service are Monday-Friday/8:00AM-6:00PM (PST).

Orders placed after 6:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 8:00 am the following Monday.

Orders are not processed on weekends.

We apologize if it times out. You can email [email protected] to our customer service James Dean. We will give you priority processing.

2. How do I cancel my order?

Thank you for your interest and support of Catsbrands.com, we value your shopping experience.

In order for you to enjoy a better shopping service, we provide an online order cancellation function, which we hope will meet your needs.

On the account order details page, you can find the option to cancel your order and follow the instructions.

Please note that the valid cancellation time is 2 hours, i.e. the order can be cancelled within two hours after the order is placed.

If your order has already been packaged and processed, then it cannot be cancelled.

Orders will be delivered directly to the logistics company for delivery after they are packaged, and we are unable to perform further operations. Please understand our work.

3. What is our Return Policy?

Our returns are valid until 14 natural days after the Cat Name Plate products arrives. If you have received the Cat Name Plate products for more than 14 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return.

To return or exchange the Cat Name Plate product, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 natural days of receiving the Cat Name Plate, we will prioritize your order.

Returns of Cat Name Plate products are subject to the following conditions:

Returns of Cat Name Plate products should be made within 14 natural days.

Cat Name Plate products purchased from Catsbrands.com.

The Cat Name Plate should be in new condition.

Cat Name Plate products have non-human caused quality problems (such as broken, worn, faded, rusted, etc.) before use.

All accessories about Cat Name Plate (including packaging, package filler) need to be returned together when returning the product.

Please send the Cat Name Plate product in its original packaging to 939 B 7Th Street, Novato, California.

After the courier is sent, please send a return notification email to [email protected] and provide the name of courier company  and pracking number.

4. About return shipping cost

If a return is requested due to a product quality issue (such as broken, worn, faded, rusted, etc.) with Cat Name Plate, shipping costs will be the responsibility of Catsbrands.com.

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as do not like, do not want, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

We do not charge re-listing fees.

5. How do I get a Refund?

Once the returned food cart arrives at Catsbrands.com’s warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refunds will be returned within 1-2 business days, if this takes longer, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

We do not charge for the second time on the shelf.
